  Customer service is awful. Even though the store was open the lady (Asian) didn't serve me saying she had not got the till draw in. We all know that card transactions can be made without cash draw in. I wanted to pay by card but she still refused. She was very rude and unapologetic about whole situation. And next time I came into the store I wanted to get Mothers day card. The card didn't have a pricetag on it , I tried to scan it but it wasn't on the system. The SAME lady appeared 3minutes after my friend actually went to her and asked her if she could come and help me she ended up using a piece of paper she scanned with a random barcode on and said that card is £4,49. I didn't want to say anything however if I am sure that price wasn't right as there were bigger and nicer cards for the same price.
